T-BAR technology incorporates radiator, hydraulic oil, and charge air coolers into a custom-designed package. Modules are manufactured with Alloy 1100 aluminum micro channel and bars. Core sizes range in height/width from 1 to 6 ft2. Depths vary from 114 to 512 in. Cooling capability ranges from 20 to 550 hp engines. They are rated to 300 psi maximum static pressure, and 300°F maximum inlet temperatures. They are compatible with petroleum and mineral oils, oil/water emulsion, phosphate ester, water/ethylene glycol, and heated air.
