Non-Stiction Cylinders

Airpel air cylinders come with noncontact electronic switching sensors from Sick Inc., featuring GMR (Giant Magneto Resistive) technology. Optional switch-activating magnet on the piston — as well as one or more optional aluminum tracks measuring 9.51-mm wide and 6.83-mm high — are attached to the cylinder. Sensors operate at 10-30 Vdc and have repeatability of less than or equal to 0.2 mm.
