Hydraulic honing system

HTA all-electric hone resurfaces and repairs actuators. It is available for 6- and 12-ft part lengths, with bore ID of 2.5 to 21 in. and maximum part OD of 24 in. It features Siemens drives and PLC-control with touchscreen HMI for setting all machine parameters, including stroke reversal point, spindle/stroking speeds, and crosshatch angle calculation. It is ideal for light-duty stock removal up to 0.030 in. to oversize deeply scratched actuator bores.
