Hose cutting machine

Tubocut5 automatic cutting machine cuts hose up to 1 in. in diameter with a cutting capacity of 10 to 41 mm external diameter. Motorized unrolling system lets the hose reach the cutting area with the correct tension. Optional conveyer belt discharges cut hose. It is controlled by PLC; a touch screen sets parameters, including hose diameter, cutting length and speed, and the number of hoses to cut. Cutting speed can be set at 15, 30, and 40 m/min.
