Emmie.2 mobile, plug-and-play system removes more than 99% of all solid particles between 2 and 5 μm from hydraulic oil, and virtually all water. Based on high-speed centrifugal separation, it helps increase oil system reliability and extend the service life of the oil. Compact system includes separator, feed pump and control system, which is installed in a bypass system and operates continuously. It separates dust and other particles such as paint, metal, plastic or rubber components from oil — and removes water that causes additives to oxidize and decompose.
It removes contaminates from other types of oils, including lubricating oil, compressor or gear oil, cutting oil and diesel oil. Cleaner oil results in reduced disposal costs of filters and oils, as well as lower overall operating costs – due to less maintenance and downtime associated with oil and filter changes.
