Hose Cutting Machine

The 500 Si cuts PTFE stainlesssteel braid hose with controlled heat by way of induction. It feeds, measures, and cuts hose, and will anneal Teflon to stainless steel braid, eliminating flair. Induction turns off easily to start cutting hydraulic hose. Operators can program the length and batch for ondemand cutting or add “Kit Cutting” package to process multiple lengths and quantities. Software manages database of hose part numbers and customer kits.
