R-DDV single-stage, four-way flow control servovalves are available in four models with rated flows of 0.18 to 60 gpm for hydraulic systems and 0.5 to 136 scfm for pneumatic systems. Supply pressures reach 5000 psi. They require a 24 Vdc power source and can be driven with analog voltage or current command signals. Limited angle rotary torque motor drives valve spool directly through a built-in eccentric in motor shaft. Models feature 90 to 200 Hz bandwidth and ±25% sinusoidal input signal.
