LHDV load holding valves feature damping equipment, for use with load-sensing spool valves.
They always act on return flow side of double-acting actuators and block return flow according to set pressure (about 15% above maximum load pressure), generating counter force to pushing load. Throttle device is self-adjusting and adapts to any load condition alteration. Shock and shuttle valves with or without a bypass check valve are optional.
