PT5600 string encoders feature industrial rotary encoders mated to linear cable reels for measurements of 10 to 250 in. They offer four cable directions and can use incremental or absolute encoders. They support 2.0 and 2.5 in. square flange encoder mounts and 60-mm face mount encoders. Digital outputs include quadrature, 5 V line driver, universal line driver, SSI, and Devicenet. Each shaft turn gives 8 in. of linear measurement.
