Temposonics R-series linear-position sensors provide precise position measurement for linear actuators to increase output by reducing cycle times and non-productive downtimes. They offer resolution as low as 1 μm at speeds down to 0.5 mm/sec. Precisely controlled movements are accomplished with non-linearity of less than ± 0.01% F.S. and a typical repeatability of 5 μm. They provide high immunity to electromagnetic interference and stand up to shock and vibration.
