Pneumatic in-line filter

Clear-VU EZ Connect Filter is an in-line filter for use in most pneumatic, vacuum, and liquid applications. Push-to-connect filter features a clear plastic housing with color coded filter element to indicate micron rating. Push-in connections allow for quick replacement of the disposable filter without having to cut or replace the tubing. They are available in 6-mm and 1⁄4-in.

Tape extension sensors

WB61 tape extension sensors measure strokes to 4 m, yet feature a compact housing. They provide three analog and three digital outputs (SSI, CANopen, CAN, SAE J1939), the option of redundant design, and nonlinearity of ±0.10%. They work best where multiple pulleys are required. Stainless steel measuring tape is not liable to break when using several pulleys, for adherence to strict safety requirements for cranes.

Axial piston pump

V40M axial piston pump is designed for open-circuits in mobile machines, with displacements of 2.75 in.³/rev. Swash plate design allows for easy fine tuning of flow rate. With a self-priming speed of 2900 rpm, it is suitable for applications that require operating pressures up to 3625 psi but can handle pressures spikes up to 4600 psi. It is connected to the PTO or directly to the motor by an SAE-B flange.

High-pressure ball valves

The 83 series family of ball valves is ideal for high pressure/severe service, such as offshore control panel applications. The 83 (2-way) and 83X (3-way) designs have a maximum working pressure of 6000 psi (415 bar) and H83/H83X are rated to 10,000 psi (689 bar). All feature a 316-stainless steel, Alloy 400 or UNS N10276 body, and a variety of seats.

Manual air valves

MT375-4 manual air valve bank comes with four 3-way valves, with spring return center and common supply and exhaust. Compact design provides control to four single-acting air cylinders— ideal for mobile equipment. Machined aluminum body is black anodized; valve bores are hard anodized for long life. Spools are made of 360 brass. Buna N O-rings are standard. All ports are3⁄8in. NPT female; 1⁄8-in.

Tension bushings

Tension bushings are available in standard and custom versions for providing a bearing surface between cylinder clevis pins and housings. Their full-length longitudinal slot permits compression and expansion, and their chamfered ends facilitate easy installation and removal.

Vacuum pads

SAB HT1 vacuum pads provide powerful and mark-free handling of glass and similar materials. HT1 material operates in temperatures to 170°C. They guarantee high horizontal forces on glass with interleavant powder or wet glass, reducing the number or the size of the pads, which in turn reduces energy consumption. HT1 material increases suction pad lifetime by up to three times compared to standard bellows suction pads.

Hydrostatic travel drives

Hydrotrac GFT hydrostatic travel drives feature output torques from 600 to 1300 kN-m and dual motor configuration for faster travel speeds and reliability in mining excavators and crawler cranes.Three-stage planetary gear with pre-arranged spur gear design can be integrated as a complete unit into the undercarriage frame, with the sprocket mounted to the output side transmitting the required torque to the track.

HAWE Hydraulics Inc., Charlotte, N.C., has acquired Pacific Fluid Systems, Portland, Ore. The deal will strengthen HAWE's North American presence, as the Munich, Germany-based company moves to strengthen its market share in the U.S. and Canada.
