A Busy Time for Media

This is a very busy time of the year for planners of advertising and all media.  Even though many advertiser companies work on a fiscal year for their business, most companies plan their media placements on a calendar year basis.

That is why this time of year is always very busy for us in the media business.  We put together proposals for advertising in our magazines, our our websites and e-newsletters, and for participation in our events.  With that in mind, we are working very diligently to make sure that our advertising customers have all the information they need to make their decisions for the coming year.

Many years ago, of course, this was all done by mail and phone.  We would print editorial calendars and mail them or hand them out to advertisers and prospective advertisers.  Well, I still do use the printed calendar for many of my clients but I also use electronic means of communication to ensure that my clients have the information they need.

I am looking forward to another very good year in 2012 and that is why it is expecially critical for me to communicate with my clients and prospects about next year.  In fact. I am going to get back to it right now.  Contact me please if you need any media information.
