Conferences and Seminars – They can exist as a part of a large tradeshow, as a stand-alone, or combined with a smaller tradeshow. Depending on the market, these events are usually based on the quality of the content provided by the seminar speakers and presenters.

This kind of event offers advertisers the opportunity to go very in-depth in their presentation of information about their products and technology. One of the cautions here is the keep the information educational just like in webcasts in order to keep the audience interested.
At Hydraulics & Pneumatics, we have devised an in-person event called Fluid Power Conference & Expo. The thinking behind this event is simple. Fluid power is a technology that is used in many markets. In order to attract an audience to make a fluid power show inviting to exhibitors, it needs to draw people from many markets. This is very costly to do.

Instead, we have organized a small event that includes a variety of educational topics presented by a small group of exhibitors. The presentation and the small tradeshow offer exhibitor/presenters the opportunity to interact with a group of very interested paid attendees.
