Creating Useful Content

In order to produce content in Hydraulics & Pneumatics every month that is both interesting and useful, many efforts are required. First and foremost, we must have an engineering Chief Editor who understands fluid power technology and comprehends what our readers need to know. We are very fortunate to have Alan Hitchcox on our team to be the gatekeeper of our content.

We also need excellent contributions from fluid power experts from around the country and around the world. Again, we are very fortunate to have many expert fluid power specialists who are willing and able to provide content to our readers.

In our July 2010 issue, we present our readers with an example of expert content provided by Brendan Casey of HydraulicSupermarket in Australia. Brendan contributed and article titled It's all about location that examines the proper placement of filters in hydraulic systems. Click on the title to access the digital issue of Hydraulics & Pneumatics.

If you have expertise on any aspect of fluid power technology, we invite you to submit an article for publication in our monthly magazine. We also have room for your contribution on our website which houses many web exclusive articles already. We can post your article on our website or include it in our monthly e-newsletter.
