Energy Efficiency in Pneumatics

Even though a lot of efficiency discussion involves hydraulics, energy efficient pneumatic systems will save fuel costs.  It does cost a lot of money to run a compressor so it is necessary to be efficient with compressed air.

At the 2011 Fluid Power Conference & Expo, Phil O'Neil of Bosch Rexroth Pneumatics is giving a presentation on this topic.  He is sponsored by Hydrotech an exhibitor at the Expo and a Bosch Rexroth distritutor.  You can learn more about Hydrotech by clicking here to go to their website

We appreciate not only their participation at the Fluid Power Conference & Expo but also we appreciate their orgainzing three excellent presentations including the Energy Efficiency in Pneumatics going on as I write this.
