Running a successful business has many similarities to climbing Mount Everest. Extreme Adventurer, Jamie Clarke, addressed the 2011 NAHAD general session and discussed his adventures in climbing the world's tallest mountain.
Clarke has a very special talent for weaving inspiration, information, and humor into a story about climbing Everest and relating it to business success. He was the ninth Canadian to summit Mount Everest in 1997 after previous efforts that did not quite reach the top.
His passion for adventure and success came through in his address at the NAHAD Annual Meeting & Conference in San Diego. What an interesting story and I suggest that you look up his information when you get a chance.
