No matter what line of work you are in, no matter what your career choice is, you need goals. I don't mean just some specific preferences like "I want to be happy" or "I want to be rich." I mean you much more than that.
You need clear and consise goals that are revisited on a regular basis. Clear written goals that are updated on a regular basis provide a road map for your career success. Write out your top ten goals. Then under each goal, write three things that you can do to achieve those goals.
I did not think of this myself. I got the idea from one of my favorite authors/advisers, Brian Tracy. Read his books or listen to his audio programs about goals.
It will change your career.
