An interesting application on a warship

In the December 2010 issue of Hydraulics & Pneumatics, we have quite a story about how a pressure transducer helped keep a US Navy aircraft carrier going out at sea. When the problem was identified, Transducer Direct came up with a solution.

It is an interesting application story because such a small component made a huge difference on an aircraft carrier. Once again, the application of fluid power systems are so widespread and so necessary.
