It's a Kindle ... It's a What?

As we go through the various stages of producing our content in print and online and in e-newsletters, Amazon has made some strides with a device that could greatly impact the information business.

It is the Kindle, a wireless reading device. It gives users access to books as well as magazines and newspapers. This could be the start of something big.

On another note, our digital issue provider, Texterity, is developing a program that amounts to a digital magazine shelf called Coverleaf. It gives the user the opportunity to read, clip, and save articles from numerous publications.

One thing that we can say for sure, things are changing!
