Meeting our AIM to serve our advertisers

AIM stands for Advertising Interest Measurement and we have our latest results available from August

For Hydraulics & Pneumatics' advertisers, AIM stands for Advertising Interest Measurement and we do a few studies each year to determine the level of interest by our readers toward our magazine and our advertisers.  We can report facts and figures about who our readers are from our BPA Circulation Audit Statement.  But, the AIM study makes these individuals come to life through their opinions and reading habits.

The August AIM report for Hydraulics & Pneumatics shows that our readers spent up to 60 minutes reading or looking at our August issue.  70% of them say that others in their company read or look at their issue with an average pass along of 5 readers per issue.  Expanded over our entire circulation, this gives H&P a monthly reach of over 270,000 readers.

On average, our subscribers have been with us for 8 years.  As a result of reading the August issue of H&P, 70% paid a visit to advertiser websites over the past year.  88% say seeing a supplier's ad in H&P makes them more inclined to click on that supplier's listing in a search engine.

We AIM to reach a highly qualified audience of fluid power buyers and specifiers every month.  Further, we strive to give them interesting content that gets their attention.  The August AIM results reflect that we have been delivering.
