Networking Opportunities at NFPA

Although most of the time at NFPA conferences is spent in meeting rooms and at networking dinners and lunches, there is some time for relaxing and getting to know other members better. These opportunities are often spent in local attractions with educational or physical fitness benefits.

These opportunties are always fun and enlightening. In Tucson, a great desert bike tour gave those delegates brave enough to give it a try an chance to encounter the desert first hand.

Another excursion that also required some courage but turned out to be great fun was a desert jeep tour. Again, these encounters are intended to allow member delegates to interact and get to know there peers in a fun setting.

So much more can be accomplished at conferences when the attending delegates get to know each other better. This facilitates the flow of ideas. Great job NFPA!
