Having participated in several committees at the NFPA Annual Conference, one recurring theme that I have witnessed is the need to promote fluid power technology to industry. This is an important mission.
As the Publisher of Hydraulics & Pneumatics magazine, I am also involved with promoting fluid power technology. We report on the whole technology from reservoir to actuator, from compressor through the regulator, through filtration, and back. We report on OEM applications as well as maintenance and repair.
Promoting fluid power technology and we are proud to partner with many fluid power component manufacturers including NFPA members to bring up-to-date information to our 46,000 readers to promote fluid power technology. We have been doing it since 1947 and we plan to continue both in-print and on-line.
