I expect technology to keep changing. Sometimes we adopt a new program or new procedure that is supposed to add efficiencies to what we do.

In my many years in this business, I have been asked to learn new software and use new methods. Some have been successful and some have been short-lived.

I think that is here to stay for a long while. It is changing the way that we do business because it has a huge capacity to store and share vital information about customers. If the customer is the king or queen in your business, then SFDC will help you to treat them royally.

We are using SFDC here at Hydraulics & Pneumatics and it really helps me on the job. It allows me to organize my contact information and store all correspondence. It takes a reall effort to learn it but the effort is worthwhile. I hope to continue to gain proficiency.
