The Second Day - As Good as the First

We had a great second day on Wednesday!

As you know by now, The Fluid Power Conference & Expo was held at the St. Paul Continuing Education Center at the University of Minnesota on June 26-27, 2012.  It was presented by Hydraulics & Pneumatics magazine and we feel that it was a smashing success.

Why?  Because great content was delivered to a qualified audience and sponsored by fluid power companies interested in both the audience and the content.  I thank all of our exhibitors and attendees who made this event so successful.

Our presentations by Bob Sheaf and Ernie Parker continued on the second day.  Bob spoke about Designing More Energy Efficient Systems and Ernie addressed Hydraulic Fluid Contamination and Assessment.  We also had excellent sessions presented by Jim Tobul of Tobul Accumulator, Steve Wilson of White Oak Controls, and Tim McDonald of Thermal Transfer Products.

After another really fine lunch complete with desert, Bob Sheaf continued with Tips & Tricks for Circuit Design and Ernie Parker concluded with Hydraulc Fluid Filtration and Comtamination Control.  The event was concluded with a tour of the EOLOS Wind Energy Research Consortium that was attended by some 50 people.

Ernie Parker brought in some of his fun and interesting inventions for all to see.  It was great!
