Social Media Explosion

I know that social media has been around for several years now. Many avid social network users has successfully connected through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. I have been suggesting to my clients that there will be applications for business-to-business users in the very near future.

Well that future is now.

Not only am I finding more friends on my personal Facebook account, our Hydraulics & Pneumatics page is beginning to take off. Please visit when you get a chance where more and more information about fluid power events and products will be appearing.

Senior Associate Editor, Mary Gannon, and I have both become very active on Twitter and you can find me at http://twitter.com/mrference. Our LinkedIn user group for Hydraulics & Pneumatics now has over 1,800 members and is growing. We have a very active Forums on the H&P website found at /.

These are many options for staying connected in the fluid power industry. Staying connected is simple and actually fun. I really hope to hear from you soon.
