Technical Stuff Made Fun

I had the unique opportunity to be in a video of an interesting contraption that played music pneumatically. This device is a product of Clippard Instrument Laboratory and I went there to see it first hand.

You can see the video on the H&P website or on YouTube. This device looks like a tree but it functions as a musical instrument. Through pneumatic actuation, it plucks guitar strings and beats percussive devices to make songs.

I really enjoyed this assignment and the video tells the story.
