Just as a follow up to the previous post, I advise you to not only stay focused on your work at hand, but to unburden yourself with all of the matters that you really can't affect. It is great to stay informed about current issues. It is even more important to stay informed about the candidates ideas and platforms that you agree or disagree with.
But don't let it burden you. Stay focused on your current projects and keep in mind that the opportunities are greater today than at any time in history. That is true in the fluid power business too.
With hydraulic hybrid technology holding great potential for energy savings and wind power offering great potential for power generation, the near and distant future of the fluid power industry is bright and I really mean that.
If companies become overburdened with the short term, who will be focused on the long-term potential. Be aware, be informed, but stay focused.
