It is really important for all workers to take vacation time. Even if you just stay at home and do the things that you wanted to do all year long but did not have the time, it is important to take that time and do those things.
I am back after a week of vacation and I do feel the difference of being energized and a little more clear headed. One of the best benefits that any worker can have is paid vacation. Employers really want their employees to be happy and productive on the job and one of the ways of achieving a level of comfort is by taking vacation.
