The 2010 Waste Expo, held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta was a huge success. The event serves the $55 billion waste market in the US and was very well received by both attendees and exhibitors alike.
This years event showed a 10.5% increase in exhibitor participation with 537 companies displaying machinery and equipment for waste collection and reduction along with components and systems that make the industry work. Included in the conference sessions as well as on the show floor were themes such as green management, recycling, efficiency and productivity, better business management, medical waste management, and fluid power advances.

Once again, Hydraulics & Pneumatics contributed to the event through our Fluid Power Conference & Expo. As you have seen in past posts, our seminar sessions were very focused on energy-savings and green issues as they relate to waste reduction and collection machinery and equipment. We look forward to having an even larger presence with an equal focus on current topics next year.
