Fluid Power Conference and Expo is an in-person event that has established a reputation for being the industry meeting place where engineers invest in their future. NTEA The Work Truck Show highlights the newest products and technical support from more than 560 exhibitors for vocational trucks and equipment. It offers 60 intensive programs on

Since 1969, the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) has highlighted offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production, and environmental protection. Fluid power, and particularly hydraulics, is used extensively in this field for its ability to operate successfully in high pressures. Conference topics highlight the need to work in 25,000 psi working pressures, blow-out protectors, valves, and more.

2012 Fluidtrans Compomac—the Biennial International Fluid Power and Mechatronics Show

The 2012 Fluidtrans Compomac—the Biennial International Fluid Power and Mechatronics Show—will take place at the Rho Fairground in Milan from May 8 to 11. Fluidtrans Compomac is organized by Fiera Milano and ASSOFLUID, Italy’s association of fluid power manufacturers. See more detailed article here and here.

The event will be held in conjunction with the Mechanical Power Transmission & Motion Control exhibitions, which is also organized as part of the Technology Exhibitions Week (TEW). The TEW will also include Plast, the international exhibition for plastics and rubber, and Xylexpo, the biennial international wood processing technology exhibition.

The event features Applied Innovations Areas, which are new themed islands, that will present components and solutions operating in real-work situations, including: hydraulics for movable machinery, hydraulics for stationary machinery, and pneumatics and mechatronics.

Motion, Drives & Automation Conference at IMTS 2012

Hydraulics & Pneumatics, as part of Penton Media's Design Engineering Group and the National Fluid Power Association will present two in-depth conference tracks — 1) Motion Control in Automation, and 2) Hydraulics and Pneumatics in Automation — for engineers and individuals tasked with improving performance, productivity, life, efficiency, and environmental footprint of manufacturing equipment and industrial automation systems.

The Motion, Drives & Automation Conference will highlight innovations in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic motion systems, as well as electronic control, sensing and vision, condition-monitoring, and safety considerations.

Topics will include machine efficiency, noise and vibration, predictive maintenance, closed-loop control, and software and simulation tools for effective system design.
