Type 6164 standard cartridge valves simplify pneumatic piloting controls through optimal integration of a pilot valve. Useful in block solutions and plastic injection molded parts, the switching time for opening and closing is approximately 10 ms at 1 bar of pressure and 20 °C. The valves are available with orifice sizes ranging from 0.5 to 1.2 mm and voltage ratings of 12 and 24 Vdc. Working pressures range from -0.8 to 10 bar with power consumption less than 0.7 W. The valve body is made of PEEK with a FKM seal.
