The MHP-7 series of linear inductive sensors are designed for rear-endcap installation in hydraulic cylinders and withstand operation pressures up to 5000 psig. They target mobile hydraulics, factory automation machinery, or oil and gas exploration equipment. Featuring a 1-in. hex aluminum or stainless-steel housing, the sensors mount to the cylinder with a standard male O-ring port thread and do not require a ring magnet or pot contact spool. They provide contactless inductive sensing, and leverage a 7-mm-diameter probe inserted into an 8-mm gun-drilled hole in a cylinder rod to measure position with an excellent stroke-to-length ratio.

Carbon-steel check, flow-control (shown), and needle valves feature NPTF and SAE connections. Set screws on the needle and flow-control valves allow knobs to be locked into a set position. Both the needle and flow-control valves feature a Buna O-ring with PTFE stem packing, and a graduated knob and spindle for accurate flow control. Flow-control valves have a 7-psi standard spring setting, while check valves are available with 7-psi and 65-psi spring cracking pressures. Check valves feature a metal-to-metal seat and hardened poppet. RoHS-compliant with Zinc-Chromate plating, all products can withstand temperatures ranging from -4 to 176˚F.

Series 71 of A6VM axial-piston variable hydraulic motors feature nominal-pressure ratings up to 450 bar, and can withstand peak pressures up to 500 bar. The motors feature an axial tapered piston bent-axis design and achieve higher power density with high specific displacement and rotational speeds. Type 6164 cartridge valves simplify pneumatic piloting controls when integrated in block solutions and plastic injection-molded components. Constructed out of PEEK and featuring a FKM seal, the 3/2-way valves are guaranteed to survive 100 million switching cycles, with a switching time of approximately 10 milliseconds at 1 bar and 20 ˚C. They can also be used in medical instruments such as dental tools or oxygen control units for mechanical ventilation. The valves are available with orifice sizes ranging from 0.5 to 1.2 mm and operate at voltages ranging from 12 to 24 Vdc. Standard versions operate at pressures between -0.8 and 10 bar, with a power consumption of less than 0.7 W.

The OSW slide table leverages a roller-bearing guide for precise motion and high load capacity. Six bores are available in incremental travel lengths, and dual-piston bores provide high power.
