Industrial Careers Pathway (ICP) redesigned its website to attract more job seekers to careers in industrial distribution and manufacturing.
The mobile-enabled site is divided into three sections. The Work section
highlights positions in a dynamic feed on every page; allows users to post resumes; and features social media feeds and video testimonials.
The Inform section is for educators and parents of job seekers. It touts the benefits of the field to individuals who influence job seekers and might pass along the information.
The Hire section allows employers in industrial distribution and manufacturing to post jobs; find articles about human resources, management, media and community relations, recruiting, internships, and more; and allows registered employers to search resumes for free.
