Pneumatic Fittings Handle High Pressure Flows
These pneumatic fittings are offered in all-metal and brass-nickel plated designs. The SS 316L Push-to-connect fittings can be used in flow controls, check valves, pilot operated check valves, and safety couplers. Higher pressure-rated push-to-connect fittings can handle pressures as high as 1,100 Psi. Those targeting central grease equipment and misting applications are also available. A DOT fittings line is also now available to the United States.

Black Bi-Lene coating protects fittings against rust and other corrosion. It is a blend of fluoropolymer, engineered plastics, and corrosion inhibitors. It provides low friction, strong adhesion, high resistance to wear and abrasion, and strong resistance to corrosion, chipping and hostile environmental conditions, such as extreme weather conditions, sunlight, and salt water. Field and lab tests show it resists corrosion beyond 1600 hr of exposure to salt spray fog in conformance with ASTM B117. It accommodates temperatures from –420° to 500°F.
