The next Scandinavian International Conference on Fluid Power will be hosted by IHA — Department of Intelligent Hydraulics and Automation, Tampere University of Technology, from May 18-20. The conference is co-organized by the network of Fluid Power Centres in Europe.

Presentations will focus on various areas of fluid power, including aircraft hydraulics, autonomous machines and vehicles, components and fluids, condition control and monitoring, digital hydraulics, energy efficient solutions, industrial hydraulics, mobile hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, teleoperation and remote handling manipulation, simulation, water hydraulics and high-pressure water systems, virtual reality in machine systems, and other new ideas and innovations.

Tampere University is one of the largest European research centers in fluid power and automation. It researches remote handling systems, digital hydraulics and intelligent mobile machines, as well as aircraft hydraulics, condition control, diesel engine hydraulics, machine automation, water hydraulics, and virtual technology.
