RMC70 Tools software for one-and two-axis motion controllers features automated tuning wizard for fast and easy position axis tuning and active damping control for hydraulic and pneumatic servo applications. Tuning wizard allows user to create model for tuning, generates PID and feed-forward gains, and provides system responses for selection ranging from conservative to aggressive. Active damping reduces oscillation on systems with low damping or high compression.
