HPD Series positive displacement flow meters and batch controllers are designed for high-viscosity, nonabrasive fluid applications. Flow meters maintain consistent accuracy within ±0.5% at low flow rates. Feature stainless-steel gears and bearings, and come in bodies of stainless steel or high-strength aluminum. Available in 1/4, 1/2, and 11/4 in. NPT port sizes for flow ranges from 0.003 to 120 gallons/min. Operate at pressures to 5000 psi and temperatures to 400° F. Two HPD Series batch controllers provide nine programmable batch amounts, batch counter and totalizer, batch error compensator, dual relays for solenoid valve control, and a 4 to 20-mA batch fill indicator.
