Join us in November at Vanderbilt University. On November 6-7, 2013, Hydraulics & Pneumatics will host the Fluid Power Conference & Expo at Vanderbilt. It will follow the same format of past Expos with two full days of fluid power seminar sessions, exhibitors, lunch, and networking. There will be several excellent seminar sessions presented.
We are putting together the seminar list now and it will feature two fluid power experts Bob Sheaf of CFC Industrial Training and Rory McLaren of the Fluid Power Safety Institute and Fluid Power Training Institute. In addition Professor Eric Barth of Vanderbilt will deliver a keynote session on cutting-edge research and development topics currently being conducted in fluid power. Billy Caldwell is an instructor at NTT Hydraulics and he will share some interesting and useful lessons on fluid power in his keynote session.
Bob Sheaf will present four sessions on How to Make Fluid Power Systems More Energy Efficient, Tips and Tricks for Circuit Design, Understanding Closed-Loop (Servo) Systems, and an introductory level discussion to ensure that all attendees are up to speed on understanding circuit design.
Rory McLaren will also give four presentations wit a two-part program on working safely with hydraulic systems - potential dangers when working with and around hydraulic systems, safe maintenance practices, things you should and should not do, etc.
I hope that you will join us in November at Vanderbilt in Nashville. Please visit our website to register.
