I expected that social media usage is growing for businesses of all sizes and I also expect that it will continue to grow. Users will find more and more ways to communicate to customers, vendors, and co-workers through social media.
It will be interesting to learn what the next new social media format, specifically designed for business will be. LinkedIN has done a great job of connecting people in business already. There are many forums available for exchanging ideas.
