Strategic Thinking in a World Out of Round - that is the theme of next week's NFPA Annual Conference. Because of the rate of change in our business world, something I have been commenting about for years, we need to look at the future with the belief that things will continue to change.
This year's Conference will attempt to address the need for such a view with several featured speakers. Kenneth Gray Caterpillar will give a presentation titled Customer Perspective: Business Development at Global Scale. John Caslione of GCS Business Capital will present Thriving in a Changing Global and Macroeconmic Environment.
Haiyan Wang of China India Institute will continue the discussion of global matters with The China Phenomenon: What Does the Future Hold, and What Does it Mean for You? Finally, mark Thompson of Decision Processes International will present Creating a Company-Wide Process for Strategic Thinking.
Several networking and knowledge sharing events are planned.
