On January 24, 2012, we at Hydraulics & Pneumatics magazine expect to launch our new website. Our current site has served our audience very well since 2005 but we are overdo for an upgrade and new look.
The new site will have all of the great content that currently exists there like tons of product reviews, content from our Fluid Power Handbook & Directory, Designers Guide, Technology Zones, and much more. We will be upgrading to a more functional platform that will allow our editors to add content quickly and easily, something our current site does now allow.
We will continue to integrate our social media activity and efforts into our new site. We currently have three bloggers including myself, Alan Hitchcox, and Mary Gannon. We have two Twitter users, three LinkedIN participants, and a Hydraulics & Pneumatics Facebook page.
Another well-used section of our current site that will migrate over is our Forums. If you have not yet had a chance to view and participate in our Forums, I invite you to do so.
New launches are exciting!
