Every issue of Hydraulics & Pneumatics is filled with two basic kinds of editorial content. One kind centers on the application of all types of hydraulic and pneumatic systems as they drive and operate a wide variety of machinery. My previous post reflects on an example of application editorial.
The second kind is what we consider tutorial coverage and these articles generally go in depth about a give component. In our July 2010 issue, Automate With Air, Pneumatic actuators take a spin is an example of a tutorial. In this article, the author and our editors review the various configurations and types of pneumatic rotary actuators available and what each one can do.
The reason that our readers continue to subscribe to and read H&P every month is that they can count on a regular supply of tutorial as well as application information. Couple this with product reviews and our advertising and our readers have a great portal for fluid power information.
