Some of my clients are faced with a period of uncertainty right now because of the slow recovery. Of course this is to be expected with the depth of the recent Great Recession that we just experienced.
There is an uncertainty on the part of many that we may double dip, or the recovery might flatten out. And, for some companies, things have flattened out.
Overall, I am still going with the projections of my favorite fluid power forecasters from the NFPA Industry and Economic Outlook Conference and believing that we will continue to experience growth albeit at a slow pace.
However, for the companies procrastinating about the strength of the recovery, precious time is passing by that could be taken advantage of for gains in market share. Now is the time to stay in the marketing and advertising game to keep your name in front of existing customers and win new customers too.
