Series BDK4 (dual displacement) and BVK4 (variable displacement) radial-piston wheel drive motors are available in six sizes with displacements from 1,407/352 to 2,759/1,377 cc/rev (85.9/21.5 to 168/84.0 in.3/rev). They can transmit torque from 22.4/5.6 to 43.9/21.95 Nm/bar 1.14/1.00 to 2.23/14.5 lb-ft/psi) and maximum power from 75 to 65 kW (100.6 to 87.2 hp). They come with an integral 5.6:1 gear drive and optional brake. All sizes are designed for continuous operating pressure of 250 bar (3,625 psi).

The V40M-028H axial-piston pump leverages an electronic pressure controller to control hydraulic fan speeds in mobile machinery. The P1R1 controller keeps the pump operating with Tier 4 Final and Euro 6 emission standards, fine-tuning the pump pressure to keep the engine below a set temperature. In the event of a power failure, the pump increases pressure to increase fan speed and protect the engine from overheating. The hydraulic controller can also deactivate the fans if the engine falls below its operating temperature, reducing fuel consumption and noise. With max displacement of 28 cm3/rev, the V40M-028H pump maintains an operating pressure of 380 bar and supports peak loads of 400 bar. It can be combined with multiple proportional directional spool valves and controllers. The 5.2- by 7.2-in. pumps can be mounted on a diesel engine. It’s possible to deploy multiple fans independently, setting them up to run in parallel, series, or reverse.

IsoLink Oil Transfer Container keeps contaminants out of hydraulic oil during storage and transfer, when contaminants are most likely to invade the lubrication process. The dispensing lid is offered with a desiccant or non-desiccant breather and uses an ISO B plug for quick connection during transfer. Its spring-trigger mechanism allows variable flow control while a seal keeps the oil isolated in the container. The trigger can be removed for cleaning, and a spout cap keeps the oil clean during storage. Containers are square for compact storage, with 27% more volume per square foot than round ones. They are available in 1-, 1.8-, and 2.6-gal sizes.

The TorqueTrak TPM2 torque- and power-monitoring system for rotating shafts features a RS422 full-duplex serial interface with selectable sample rates ranging from 10 to 4,800 samples per second. Software is included for setup and configuration, and eight input ranges from 0.025 to 32 mV/V can be selected. Clearance between stationary and rotating parts eliminates wear surfaces. Machine disassembly or shaft modification is not required for installation, as the rotating collar and stationary ring are split and bolted together around shafts up to 40 in. in diameter. It generates a 15-bit torque-signal resolution and has a high RPM and centrifugal g-force rating.

The A15VSO axial-piston hydraulic pump for open-circuit stationary applications has been redesigned for higher efficiency and lower noise generation. It recovers nearly all potential energy during pump/motor operation, making it dependable for lowering of a load or braking of a moving mass. Airborne noise is reduced by up to 2 dBA at full-flow operation, and by 3 dBA during pressure-holding periods within a non-disruptive sonorous frequency range. The pump can handle a maximum pressure of 420 bar and has a nominal pressure rating of 350 bar. It comes standard as a 280 cc pump that can run at 1800 rpm with flooded suction. The boosted version, A15VLO, provides 20% higher operating speeds. It features a universal through-drive to connect axial pistons, gears, and other hydraulic pumps, and a swashplate for precise flow control. The one-piece housing eliminates sealed oil paths to reduce the chance of leakage.
