One-piece bidirectional seal

One-piece bidirectional seal
The Turcon Roto Glyd Ring II seal offers a high pressure-velocity (PV) rating that’s 140% higher than its predecessor. It consists of a permanently bonded elastomer energizer and PTFE-based seal ring that forms a one-piece seal to prevents the seal ring from spinning with the shaft against the energizer. The bidirectional, double-acting rod or piston seal eliminates the possibility of using the wrong-size elastomer or seal ring and axial shifting in the groove from bidirectional pressure is minimized. Flexible sizing allows the seal to be made to fit standard groove hardware configurations or special grooves.
