Fluid power shipments were down through the month of February, with hydraulic shipments dropping more than pneumatic shipments.

The National Fluid Power Association's (NFPA) most recent published data indicatees that shipments of fluid power products for February 2013 decreased 11.8 percent compared to February 2012, and decreased 3.5 percent compared to January.

These air actuated clutches feature long-life friction plates (between 20 and 30 million cycles) and ensure constant torque or tension.

Slip-Aire clutches accommodate shaft sizes up to 5⁄8 in. and torque capacities to 300 lb-in. The bi-directional clutches come in fixed, adjustable, and custom designs and do not need lubrication.
