The Work Truck Show
Past Event:
The Work Truck Show, held in conjunction with the annual NTEA Convention, features the newest products, dozens of intensive training programs and technical engineering support from hundreds of exhibitors, including a number of hydraulic and pneumatic suppliers to the trucking industry.
As North America’s largest work truck event, it gives attendees an opportunity to interact with thousands of industry peers; meet with current suppliers; get answers to critical technical questions; experience special events; and visit with hundreds of exhibiting companies.
The event includes 500,000 square feet of Class 1-8 vocational trucks and equipment, including new product launches for chassis, truck bodies and equipment, cranes and aerial devices, snow and ice control, liftgates and material handling, and more. Green initiatives are spotlighted, particularly in the Green Truck Summit highlights the impact of green technologies, including a look at hydraulic hybrid technologies.
More than 60 educational programs focus on such critical aspects such as fleet management, industry trends and benchmarks, regulatory compliance, truck specification and OEM updates, and upfitting.
Keynote speaker
Jeff Foxworthy is The Work Truck Show 2013 keynote entertainer. He will address attendees of the President’s Breakfast and NTEA Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 7. (Ticket required.)
Lee J. Styslinger, III, chairman and chief executive officer of Altec, Inc., kicks off the 2013 Green Truck Summit with the keynote address.
Dr. Michael Pacheco, associate laboratory director for deployment and market transformation at the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), will provide the keynote address on March 6 at the 2013 Green Truck Summit.
