Air dryer

The DS-3 Series dryer features two built-in filter types. Grade T can filter liquid and solid particles of 1 µm, and has a minimum residual oil content of 0.5 ppm. Grade A can filter liquid and solid particles of 0.01 µm with minimal residual oil content of 0.001 ppm. This design provides a water-, dust-, and oil-free compressed air supply. The dryer incorporates a precondenser, condenser, and heat exchanger and accepts inlet air temperature to 100° F. Internal/external stainless-steel plate design prevents corrosion. External drain unit eases inspection and maintenance. Special fan design prevents heat circulating in the dryer and efficiently releases heat.
