ICL (ISO Clean Line) air cylinders suit dust-off or light wash-down applications. They meet ISO 15552 and have hard anodized aluminum surfaces with stainless steel screws and piston rods. Magnetic piston allows installation of micro-sensors on external rail. Adjustable cushions and noise reducing bumpers on ends are standard. Ideal cushioning allows fine-tuning of cushions to maximize stroke speed, for shorter cycle times, less shock and vibration, and longer life. Bore sizes range from 32 to 125 mm.
