Series CCA advanced locking cylinders feature integral Amlok rod clamp, developed to control over travel, drifting, bouncing, and reverse traveling. High locking force will hold rod in any mid-stroke position. Since locking is accomplished mechanically by a spring and unlocked by air pressure, loss of air pressure will cause the unit to lock. Holding force depends upon the rod and piston diameter; can be multiplied by adding additional clamps or exchanging springs and increasing release pressure.
